Ribonucleic acid "RNA"

Efficiently consumed with dietary supplements! Ribonucleic acid, essential for protein synthesis in the body.

"RNA (ribonucleic acid)" constitutes the active center of ribosomes necessary for protein synthesis in living organisms and plays various roles. "RNA" arranges amino acids according to the genetic information of "DNA" to synthesize proteins. This process contributes to the formation of various tissues such as skin, hair, and nails, and cells undergo metabolism daily. However, due to the decline in liver function associated with aging, the liver's ability to synthesize "nucleic acids" also decreases. When "nucleic acids" are insufficient, metabolism worsens, the ability to repair genes weakens, and this is believed to lead to cellular aging. "Nucleic acids" are abundantly found in many foods, but some contain high levels of cholesterol, making supplementation through dietary supplements the most efficient approach. In particular, extracts from Torula yeast and brewer's yeast are commonly used as ingredients in many dietary supplements. [Main Functions of Nucleic Acids (DNA, RNA)] ■ Immune activation ■ Intestinal development and repair ■ Skin activation ■ Antioxidant effects *For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data available for download.

The history of nucleic acids

We introduce the history of nucleic acids, which are utilized in many products such as health foods and cosmetics.

In 1869, Swiss biochemist Friedrich Miescher collected pus from a patient's bandage and extracted a high molecular substance contained within white blood cells from the cell nucleus. Subsequently, in 1889, it was named "nucleic acid" due to its presence in the nuclei of all cells of plants and animals (especially their nuclei) and its acidic properties, and it has since been studied as a substance involved in genetic traits. In 1929, it was discovered that there are two types of nucleic acids: DNA and RNA. Since then, extensive research has been conducted, and it has been utilized in many products such as health foods and cosmetics, becoming one of the standard ingredients widely distributed today. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Oligo DNA derived from microbial genomes [Shinshu University Agriculture]

Towards the development of new nucleic acid medicines for the prevention of locomotor disorders and metabolic syndrome!

Oligo DNA derived from the genomic sequences of beneficial microorganisms such as lactic acid bacteria forms a characteristic three-dimensional structure and functions as an aptamer that binds to target proteins. Muscle-forming type oligo DNA promotes muscle differentiation, enhances cardiomyocyte differentiation, and suppresses adipocyte differentiation, while bone-forming type oligo DNA promotes the differentiation of osteoblasts.

Nucleic acid medicine platform technology - hetero double-stranded nucleic acid (HDO)

Catalog Presentation: HDO Technology, which is expected to improve enzyme resistance in the bloodstream and reduce toxicity.

Our company handles "Hetero Double-Stranded Nucleic Acid (HDO)," which can selectively deliver active strands to disease sites by binding ligands to carrier strands, thereby expecting high therapeutic efficacy. HDO has a double-stranded structure, making it inherently stable. It avoids chemical modifications to the active strand, which can reduce toxicity. 【Features】 ■ Selectively delivers active strands to disease sites, achieving high therapeutic efficacy ■ Avoids chemical modifications and reduces toxicity ■ Provides a structurally stable material, improving enzyme resistance in the bloodstream ■ Low likelihood of unexpected therapeutic effects ■ Allows for free selection of the position and number of ligands binding to the carrier strand ■ The HDO technology is licensed to Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited, Ionis Pharmaceuticals (USA), Nippon Shokubai Co., Ltd., and Nippon Gene Material Co., Ltd. ■ The HDO technology is covered by multiple registered patents, ensuring safe use. ■ Collaborative research using HDO technology for drug discovery can also be conducted with our company. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

What is nucleic acid (DNA, RNA)?

This introduces the nucleic acids "DNA" and "RNA," which are polymers of nucleotides.

"DNA" and "RNA" are both nucleic acids that are polymers of nucleotides, but their roles in living organisms are clearly different. The role of "DNA" is primarily to store and preserve information within the nucleus. The role of "RNA" is to temporarily process that information, and compared to DNA, it is synthesized and decomposed more frequently as needed. Through the action of "RNA," amino acids are sequenced according to the genetic information of "DNA," leading to the synthesis of proteins. This process constructs various tissues in our bodies, and cells undergo metabolism on a daily basis. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
